3:13's founder and CEO has over 20 years experience helping people and clients grow. Throughout the years, Steve has worked with great companies including Dial, Campbell's, Clorox, NUK USA, Johnson & Johnson, KAO USA, Bayer, The United States Playing Cards Co., and many more. He is blessed to work with an awesome team who loves making their customers happy. Steve is married to his wife Gina and together they have four wonderful kids.
In every job Tammy has held, she loves making people happy and treats everyone she encounters with respect. Tammy always thought she’d be a hairdresser; however, her first job after graduating high school was in a department store. She was known as the perfume lady for many years. Tammy’s current customer base is receiving very special attention and it shows in her sales results. Outside the office, Tammy likes to ride her Harley.
Amy is known for being motivated and passionate. She brings over 14 years experience to the company and her manufacturer recently awarded her with a "Broker of the Year” award for her outstanding results. Prior to her sales life, she spent time working for a large cheese company where she was often seen driving a forklift, singing, and moving quickly. Besides selling, her passions are her children, Jesus, gardening, cooking, and shopping.
Lana’s high energy and dedication are branched between her family and career. Her 25 plus years of sales experience include Account Management with Boehringer Ingelheim CHC, SC Johnson and Kellogg’s. She is on the Green Space Committee for the Town of Clayton making decisions to improve the town’s park system, protect environmentally sensitive areas, and provide recreational activities for the public. In her spare time she loves long walks, gardening, and volunteering at church. She adds that being an Aunt is a great blessing.
Kim is a buttoned-up account manager who is as committed to her accounts as she is to her lasagna. Kim is thrilled to study her customer’s distribution list in order to help her customers succeed with just the right products. Outside of the office her hobbies include biking, puzzles, antiques, and cross-stitching.
Mark started his sales career with Walgreen Drug Stores almost 30 years ago and continued his successful career as a broker with many different companies, including Gillette, Alberto Culver, and SC Johnson. His drive, achieving sales goals and listening to customer needs, have always been a top priority. Mark also enjoys a variety of sports and activities, especially outside when the weather is nice. The family life for Mark includes his wife Laurie and two teenage, young adults, Cami and Kyle.
Jeff brings over 5 years of experience to 3:13 and his client awarded him with “Broker of the Year” for his outstanding accomplishments. As a child, Jeff dreamt of becoming a professional athlete. He loved seeing teams achieve great things while doing something they were passionate about. Playing and watching all types of sports are still hobbies on the top of his list, but achieving great things with his 3:13 Sales Group family is now his dream. Well that, and being a great husband, dad, and aspiring marathon runner.
At 3:13 Jes uses her multi-tasking talents to support our clients in the day-to-day (and monthly, quarterly, and YTD) company operations. At home Jes and her husband spend time with their black and white terrier, following Wisconsin sports, and are proud host parents to international students. Jes loves new recipes, finishing a good book, traveling, being with the best nieces and nephews on the planet (no, she’s not biased), and packing shoebox-filled gifts for Operation Christmas Child.
Katie Merbach joins 3:13 Sales Group with prior experience in the finance industry. Katie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in finance and her background includes experience in regulatory compliance and financial services working with clients and staff at all levels. Through her experience, she has cultivated strong client and business relationships and offers a high level of commitment and dedication in all that she does.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family including her niece and nephew, supporting her sister and her family who are in the process of adopting a child from Bulgaria, running, fishing, watching the Green Bay Packers, traveling, and various D.I.Y. Pinterest projects.
