3:13's founder and CEO has over 25 years experience helping people and clients grow. Steve is blessed to work with an awesome team who loves making their customers and clients happy. At home,Steve and his wife Gina, spend time with their four kids and 2 dogs. He loves to follow all Wisconsin sports, read books written by author Clive Cussler, and do projects around the house.
Alison brings over 10 years of sales, business planning, and account management experience. She started her career as a broker, managing several consumer product goods companies. She is known for building strong relationships with clients and customers. Outside of work Alison spends time with her husband Andy, her two younger sons, Alan and Archer, and their black lab Bentley. She enjoys following Wisconsin sports, cooking, gardening, spending time with friends, and traveling.
Mark started his sales career with Walgreen Drug Stores almost 30 years ago and continued his successful career as a broker with many different companies, including Gillette, Alberto Culver, and SC Johnson. His drive, achieving sales goals and listening to customer needs, have always been a top priority. Mark also enjoys a variety of sports and activities, especially outside when the weather is nice. The family life for Mark includes his wife Laurie and two teenage, young adults, Cami and Kyle.
Lana’s high energy and dedication are branched between her family and career. Her 25 plus years of sales experience include Account Management with Boehringer Ingelheim CHC, SC Johnson and Kellogg’s. She is on the Green Space Committee for the Town of Clayton making decisions to improve the town’s park system, protect environmentally sensitive areas, and provide recreational activities for the public. In her spare time she loves long walks, gardening, and volunteering at church. She adds that being an Aunt is a great blessing.
Chris joins 3:13 Sales Group with over 15 years of account management experience. He is always looking to build strong relationships and earn the trust of his customers. Outside of work, Chris has a keen interest in all things Wisconsin, especially the Packers, Badgers, Brewers, and Bucks. Sports is his passion, and he is highly involved in coaching high school basketball and golf, which he finds very rewarding.
Jim has had a varied work experience in property and casualty, life and health insurance in sales and service for a “very long time.” Jim and Sue, his wife of 40 years, raised four sons, who have given him 6 grandchildren. He follows the Packers, Brewers, Badgers and whatever teams or recitals the grandkids are in. Jim serves (as one student phrased it) the “Super Nintendo” (otherwise known as superintendent) of his church’s Sunday School.
In every job Tammy has held, she loves making people happy and treats everyone she encounters with respect. Tammy always thought she’d be a hairdresser; however, her first job after graduating high school was in a department store. She was known as the perfume lady for many years. Tammy’s current customer base is receiving very special attention and it shows in her sales results. Outside the office, Tammy likes to ride her Harley.
Katie Merbach joins 3:13 Sales Group with prior experience in the finance industry. Katie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in finance and her background includes experience in regulatory compliance and financial services working with clients and staff at all levels. Through her experience, she has cultivated strong client and business relationships and offers a high level of commitment and dedication in all that she does.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family including her niece and nephew, supporting her sister and her family who are in the process of adopting a child from Bulgaria, running, fishing, watching the Green Bay Packers, traveling, and various D.I.Y. Pinterest projects.
Abby joins 3:13 Sales Group with 31 years’ experience in the Cosmetics Industry. In her spare time, Abby is a Free-Lance Makeup Artist for the Estée Lauder companies. Not only does the love of the cosmetics industry run through her blood, so does her love for the French language. Abby is a French Bilingual and has put that talent to work for several consumer packaged goods companies. Abby truly is a people person and loves to build client relationships that are built on trust, communication, teaching, and achieving common goals. She is a proud Dog Mother to a Puggle, Riviera and a Feist Terrier, Versailles. (Note the French connection!) Helping support local Humane Societies and teaching the value of adopting runs true to her heart. Although her favorite time of the year is fall- taking in the crisp fresh air, beautiful changing colors, and the smells of the season, you will find her traveling the country to see Kenny Chesney in concert (yes, front row!) in the spring and summer. She enjoys football, but misses seeing “her” Brett Favre playing.
At 3:13 Jes uses her multi-tasking talents to support our clients in the day-to-day (and monthly, quarterly, and YTD) company operations. At home Jes and her husband spend time with their black and white terrier, following Wisconsin sports, and are proud host parents to international students. Jes loves new recipes, finishing a good book, traveling, being with the best nieces and nephews on the planet (no, she’s not biased), and packing shoebox-filled gifts for Operation Christmas Child.
